Model 9 VGR

Multiclone is the simplest, most efficient multi-tubular arrangement available.

Simple sealing gaskets are used to form a gas-tight joint between the tube and tube-sheet.
A cast tube lip protects the sealing gasket. 

Two nuts maintain a tight fit between the tube, gasket and tube sheet and minimise the labour required to install and remove tubes. The collecting tubes can be easily removed by simply removing the nuts and lowering the tube into the hopper. No costly cutting and welding is required as with many multi-tubular collectors. Extra thick metal protects all critical wear spots and extends tube life many times.

Wide circular tube outlet prevents dust build up and keeps efficiency high. There are no small outlet slots to plug and destroy collection efficiency. 

Inlet vanes are precision cast for perfect fit into the collecting tubes, with no erosive gas blow-by between vane and tube. 

Special abrasion resistant materials match the collecting tube material and extend vane life. 

Inlet vanes are easily substituted without any requirement for cutting or welding of the outlet tubes, collecting tubes or the tube sheet.

Tricones sacrifice a little extra pressure drop for even high efficiency. They spin the cleaned gas faster as they leave the collecting tube by generating additional centrifugal force so event he smallest remaining particles are collected.

CUSTOMISE YOUR INSTALLATION

Design of a Multiclone begins with a rudimentary, standard unit. However, the designs are versatile enough to change and configure to particular applications.

Hopper outlet flanges are custom engineered to your specifications. Bolted gas inlet and outlet flanges can be specially tailored for field disassembly - a useful feature for semi-portable installations such as asphalt plants. 

Any number and arrangement of hoppers are available, either removable or permanently welded.
