Multiclones

Model 12 V

Multiclone 12 is drawn from the same multi-tubular design as Multiclone 9, with 300mm instead of 230mm cast iron collecting elements. It includes the same versatile features, such as replacement vanes, casing layout options, plus……………

High Efficiency at a Low Price

Multiclone 12 rivals so called ‘cheap cyclones’ for economy. It has a higher efficiency, yet a lower capital and maintenance cost.

The Multiclone 12 can be used as a pre-cleaner to lighten the dust load on the secondary collector. The result is a more efficient system, and a lower total system cost.

Sectionalise Your Collector

Multiclone 12 is normally supplied in casing layout configurations similar to Multiclone 9 models; however, it may be supplied in simple modular sections. Each module is rigid enough to stand unbraced before it is erected. Each is supplied with solid, internal side walls.

The modular sections are perfect for sectionalising. Damper only one section, or two, or any combination of sections that a control system would require.

Size Limits No Problem

First, determine the maximum collector dimensions for your system. Multiclone 12 is available with up to 30 tubes or about 12 meters deep.

Increased tube depths take advantage of available job site depths and reduce collector widths.

On all models deeper than 5 tubes, a simple baffle system minimised the pressure differential across the collector. As a result, capacity and efficiency are kept high. Hopper cross venting is eliminated.

Easy to Inspect. Easy to Maintain.

Access to the internals is simple. Inlet vanes and Tricones can be seen through the bottom of the collecting tube. There are no bulky, expensive internal passages.

Ideal for Oil Fired Soot Blowing.

Multiclone 12 is a perfect oil soot collector. It offers high efficiency and large tough-to-clog inlet vanes. Cast iron collecting tubes and vanes which resist corrosion.

For extremely sticky dusts, Multiclone 12 is also available with an internal liquid wash system which forms an integral part of each module and replaceable from outside the unit. No internal access needed.
