Weigh Hopper Breather

The ‘Pulsematic’ Filter is a fully automatic dust filtering system, designed and developed by Fowlerex for cement/fly ash weigh hoppers.

Many years of experience have gone into the development of this filter, which has been designed to automatically clean the breather sock and avoid airlock of the weigh hopper.

‘Pulsematic’ features reverse pulse air cleaning by compressed air, controlled by a solid state timer. Bag cleaning is by the fast peaking pulse/shock air injection method and is a fully automatic continuous operation.

Air consumption for all the above units, based on a time interval of 20 seconds between pulses, is 7.4m³/hr, free air at 620 kPa. Once installed, the time sequence, depending on application, may be extended to reduce air consumption and extend bag life.
