The PULSEMATIC ‘Insertable’
Filter is a fully automatic dust filtering system which can be applied to any size of air flow.
The insertable unit is predominantly used in conveyor venting applications, usually without a hopper. The exhaust
fan for the system is
mounted on the filter roof.

The PULSEMATIC ‘Insertable’ filter features high pressure reverse pulse air cleaning of the filter material.
Operation Principles
Dust laden air enters the chamber from the open bottom under the induced draft of the fan.
Finer dust is separated from the gas as it passes through the filter media. The particulate is deposited outside the bag in the form of a filter cake.
At prescribed intervals, the bags are cleaned. Compressed air headers mounted above the bag rows provide compressed air pulses into the bags, causing the bags to expand. As the bags expand, the dust filter cake is dislodged falling back onto the belt in an agglomerated form.
