filter bags, with hinged side access door and door mounted blow tubes.

Air consumption for all units, are based on a timer interval of 20 seconds between pulses, equivalent to 11.7m3/hr free air at 620 kPa.
Once installed, the time sequence, depending on application, may be extended to reduce air consumption and extend bag life. Air connection: 15 NPS socket thread.
The Pulsematic Series BVH Fabric Filter is a fully automatic dust filtering system featuring ‘reverse jet’ compressed air cleaning controlled by a solid state timer.
Bag cleaning is by the fast peaking pulse/shock wave air injection method and is a fully automatic, continuous operation.
The adjustable automatic solid state timer provides full control and optimum performance through the following features:

LED indication of bag row being cleaned

Adjustment of ‘pulse’ time (20-1000msec) and ‘dwell’ time (1-90 sec).

An optional Magnahelic pressure gauge/switch combination indicates differential pressure and initiates alarm in case of over-pressurized of the system.

Control panel is easily accessible for maintenance.
The Pulsematic features a side opening access door with door-mounted blow tubes and horizontally mounted filter bags for easy maintenance.
Filter Bags are mode from heavy duty, heat stabilized needle-felt and are mounted on sturdy wire cages constructed from 4mm galvanized steel wire.
